Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is a veterinary molecular diagnostic reagent designed for the rapid and sensitive detection of Mycoplasma capricolum subspecies capripneumoniae (Mccp), the causative agent of contagious caprine pleuropneumonia. The kit enables accurate nucleic acid detection in ovine and caprine clinical samples for auxiliary diagnosis and disease surveillance.

This kit is based on real-time fluorescent PCR (qPCR) technology. Specific primers and probes target conserved regions of the Mccp genome, allowing real-time amplification and fluorescence signal detection to determine the presence of pathogen nucleic acid in samples.
