The Peste des Petits Ruminants Virus Fluorescence RT-PCR Detection Kit is a molecular diagnostic kit designed for the qualitative detection of PPRV RNA in ovine and caprine samples. It is intended for auxiliary diagnosis of peste des petits ruminants in veterinary laboratories and animal disease surveillance.

用法と用量

This kit is based on real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technology, using specific primers and fluorescent probes targeting conserved regions of the PPRV genome. Viral RNA is reverse-transcribed into cDNA and amplified in a closed system, with fluorescence signals monitored in real time for accurate detection.
