제품 개요

This product employs rapid immunochromatographic technology to detect African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) in blood samples. After adding the sample to the sample well of the test card, if ASFV is present in the sample, the virus will specifically bind to the ASFV antibody conjugated with colloidal gold, forming a complex that migrates along the chromatographic membrane. The complex is then captured by the pre-coated ASFV antibody on the membrane, resulting in a wine-red test line at the T position of the test card.

사용법 및 복용량

If the sample does not contain ASFV, no visible line will form at the ‌T-line‌ position. Additionally, this system includes a ‌C-line‌ to verify the validity of the test card—this line should appear in both ‌negative and positive‌ results. If it fails to appear, the result is considered ‌invalid‌.
