제품 개요

The main components of this product are Brucella strain S2 (CVCC70502) or a combination of S2 and A99 strains (CVCC70502 and CVCC70203). The content is determined as follows: it exhibits a positive plate agglutination reaction when diluted at 1:45 with the national standard positive serum, but no agglutination occurs at a 1:55 dilution with the same standard serum.

사용법 및 복용량

Take 0.03 ml of the test serum and mix it with 0.03 ml of the antigen. Observe the results within 4 minutes. Any reaction showing ‌+‌ or above is considered positive. For animals with a positive reaction, further ‌complement fixation tests‌ or other diagnostic tests must be performed.
