제품 개요

The antigen mainly consists of Brucella strain S2 (CVCC70502) or a combination of S2 and A99 strains (CVCC70502 and CVCC70203). Its potency is defined as producing a ‌++‌ tube agglutination reaction when tested against the 1:1000 dilution of the national standard positive serum.

사용법 및 복용량

The antigen is diluted 1:20 before use. The test serum is diluted separately at ratios of 1:12.5, 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, and 1:200. Negative and positive serum controls are included simultaneously.
