제품 개요

This product employs rapid immunochromatographic technology for the detection of Burkholderia mallei antibodies.

사용법 및 복용량

Add the sample to the diluent, mix well, and then transfer to well S. If the sample contains Burkholderia mallei antibodies, these antibodies will bind to the Burkholderia mallei-specific antigen conjugated with colloidal gold, forming a complex that migrates along the chromatographic membrane. The complex is captured by the pre-coated Burkholderia mallei-specific antigen on the membrane, producing a wine-red test line at the T position. If no Burkholderia mallei antibodies are present, no visible line will appear at T. Additionally, a control line (C) is included in the system to validate the test's validity. This line should appear regardless of a negative or positive result; if it does not, the test is considered invalid.
